Job Summary:
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for processing personnel requisition for an assigned account. This role typically conducts sourcing, testing, screening, and preliminary interviewing of bringing new and potential employees onboard. Representing the company at job fairs and other related recruiting events is another responsibility of a recruitment specialist.
Detailed Job Description:
• Handles the sourcing, preliminary interview, scheduling technical interview/trade test (if needed) for an assigned account.
• Coordinate with project HR Officer with regards to hiring needs.
• Does job posting and ads and gather qualified job seekers’ contact information for shortlisting purposes.
• Plans, schedules, and prepares budget for mass sourcing activities.
• Prepare and coordinate travel schedule of new employees from place of origin to the assigned project site.
• Participate in HR department meetings and assists in writing job postings and employment ads.
• Interacts with department heads, and other managers and staff to coordinate referrals for potential candidates/applicants.
• Performs other related job/duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
