Balingasag Thermal Power Plant Project Achieves Six Million Safe Man Hours

Balingasag, Misamis Oriental – On July 28 2016, Sta. Clara International Corporation (SCIC) continued their strong safety commitment, marking another milestone of Six (6) Million Safe Man Hours without Lost Time Injury (LTI) for the 3 X 55 MW Balingasag Thermal Power Plant Project.

During the ceremony, Mr. Hirubomi Sudo, Project Site Manager of Mitsubishi Corporation, awarded SCIC for its outstanding contribution and performance in attaining the safety milestone.

The 3 X 55 MW Balingasag Thermal Power Plant Project is expected to be completed by the end of the year. Upon its project completion, it will be able to provide power to more than 100,000 households in the Philippines.
