Detailed Job Description:

1. Assemble pipe sections, tubing and fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing and welding equipment.
2. Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe to required angle, using hand and power tools or machines such as pipe cutters, pipe-threading machines, and pipe-bending machines.
3. Repair and maintain plumbing, replacing defective washers, replacing or mending broken pipes, and opening clogged drains.

The Planning & Scheduling Engineer is responsible in preparing, monitoring, updating, and revising the construction schedule as necessary. He monitors the accomplishments at site and analyzes its effect on the project schedule. The Planning & Scheduling Engineer prepares the methodology applicable to existing/actual site condition and its required resources.

Detailed Job Description:

1. Prepares Project Methodology, Detailed Work Schedule, Procurement Plan, Resources Loading, and Establishing Cash Flow needed for the project.
2. Plans and develops three-week and three-month realistic look-ahead schedule.
3. Re-planning and establishing of Impacted schedule.
4. Develops and implements acceptable planning and scheduling techniques and methods.
5. Leads the development and analysis of project schedules, time impact and delay analysis and review of periodic schedule updates and claims.
6. Monitors and updates accurate schedule progress reports. Maintains records of scope changes, trends, and variances that potentially affect schedule performance.
7. Assists in monitoring actual manpower, critical materials and major equipment requirement of the project.
8. Prepares Project Monthly Progress Report including observations and comments, photographs, resource loading and issues concerning the project.
9. Coordinates with the OMD – Project Planning and Cost Control Department for the accomplishment reports.

The PED Superintendent is responsible for managing the overall operations of the Plants and Equipment Department on a project site.

Detailed Job Description:

1. Responsible for the overall deployment of equipment at project site.
2. Supervises the work of equipment supervisors, equipment clerks, operators, drivers and maintenance personnel.
3. Coordinates with project operations for daily activities and ensures proper equipment utilization and handling.
4. Determines optimum methods of accomplishing work, analyze available budget and manpower to accomplish set targets.
5. Manages the daily equipment manpower distribution as required by project operations.
6. Administers overall maintenance and repair programs of equipment and vehicles for both preventive and corrective maintenance including running maintenance.
7. Responsible to make follow-ups on all urgent parts requests.
8. Checks and verifies all PED weekly and monthly reports.
9. Oversees custody of all available spare parts on site and the quality of parts being purchased.

1. Maintains the cleanliness of the equipment motor pool and plant facilities.

3. Assists in cleaning heavy equipment, machineries, and service vehicles.

The Project Nurse is responsible for the health of all employees at the assigned site.  He/she promotes education related to occupational health in compliance to all applicable regulations.

Detailed Job Description:

1. In the absence of the physician, he/she organizes and administers a health service program integrating occupational safety in accordance with the physician’s established health programs.
2. Provides nursing care and first aid to injured or ill employees.
3. Participates in accident/incident investigation.
4. Participates in health maintenance examination.  If a physician is not available, performs activities within the scope allowed by the profession, and if more extensive examinations are needed, refers the same to a physician.
5. Participates in the maintenance of occupational health and safety by providing suggestions in the improvement of working environment affecting health and well-being of employees.

3. Performs pumping operations of concrete using the equipment as required by project operations.

1. Determines the works to be done for a project through carefully analyzation of Mechanical works intended for the project and prepares a draft schedule for the whole Mechanical works.
2. He/She will aid the MEPF Site Manager/Head/Mechanical Superintendent in formulating the MEPF Coordinated Project Schedule and will prepare necessary manpower loading for every Mechanical Work deliverables.
3. Determines and prepares summary or list of all long lead Mechanical System materials or equipment.
4. Plans, records and prepares work activities and work accomplishment on a daily basis and submits reports weekly to his immediate superior.
5. Prepares summary or list of necessary Testing and Commissioning procedures and forms intended for all Mechanical Scope of works
6. Prepares summary or list of gathered Operation and Maintenance manuals from installed Mechanical equipment. Updates this summary and submit report monthly to immediate superior.
