To begin with the construction of the 160MW Balaoi Caunayan Wind Project, Sta. Clara International Corporation (SCIC) organized a groundbreaking ceremony with its client and contractors last December 11, 2021, following the necessary health procedures.
Mr. David Sutton from the Bayog Wind Power Corporation provided his opening remarks and gratitude for the said event and construction of the project.
The ceremony concluded with a series of photo opportunities with different contractors and our client including, Mayor Rafael Benemerito of Pagudpud Ilocos Norte.
