Sta. Clara International Corporation (SCIC) continues to empower its employees through various activities, reaching their full potential to become the best version of themselves. Last November 24, 2021, SCIC recently conducted its Leadership Seminar, following the necessary COVID-19 health protocols. Over thirty-nine (39) supervisors and managers from the central office and projects attended the half-day seminar focused on the leadership difference between managing and leading a team.
Our resource speaker Mr. Jun Cantal discussed ways of properly balancing the leadership and management of employees to attain success in the organization or company. Participants were eager to understand the various concepts and partake in activities during the session.
