Job Summary:

The Civil Foreman directly reports to Project Supervisor and is responsible in executing assigned tasks and overseeing workers in construction sites. He is the key person in the completion of area or phase of work being the point of reference for both Project Supervisor and workers.

Detailed Job Description:

1. Understand and carry out written and oral instructions.
2. Allocate daily responsibilities of workers.
3. Read, interpret and follow method statements and procedures, specifications, drawings and all other related project documentation.
4. Ensure that workers are properly supplied with tools, equipment and materials.    
5. Prevent wastage and misuse of equipment, materials and tools.     
6. Supervise workers to best utilize manpower and materials.
7. Exercise discipline at the work site to prevent absenteeism, unsafe work practices and idleness.

Job Summary:

The Chief Surveyor is responsible for leading the survey activities during the tender and planning stage of a project as well as managing the survey team at the project site during implementation.

Detailed Job Description:

1. Leads the survey of a proposed project site during the tender stage to check the site conditions.
2. Reports issues identified during survey that are in conflict with the condition of contract or specification.
3. Leads the survey of a project site during the planning stage to verify the accuracy of the project plan.
4. Reports discrepancies with the project plan found during survey for proper action.
5. Ensures that project employees are familiar with project construction limits and boundaries through proper orientation and communication.
6. Monitors the survey activities and ensures the proper following of methods to ensure accurate measurements.
7. Facilitates the regular monitoring of site conditions to identify changes and instruct another survey if necessary.
8. Monitors control point marks and ensure it is not removed or displaced.
9. Checks all data retrieved from conducting surveys including calculations and measurements, as well as drawing, layouts, etc., and ensures its accuracy.
10. Ensures that all observations and findings are properly recorded for analysis and reporting to the concerned departments.
11. Ensures the proper usage, maintenance and safekeeping of all survey instruments.
12. Ensures timely consolidation and submission of KPIs.
13. Attends project meetings to address concerns related to the department.

Job Summary:

The Camp Boss is responsible for ensuring that project staff houses and barracks are maintained in good condition in a regular basis.

Detailed Job Description:

1. Ensures cleanliness of all facilities inside the staff house / barracks.
2. Monitors the workability of all facilities and equipment inside the staff house / barracks and reports it to project management for proper action.
3. Maintains a monitoring of the headcount for all employees staying in all staff houses / barracks.
4. Monitors the compliance of all employees with the staff house / barracks house rules and reports any noncompliance to HR for proper corrective action.
5. Monitors all other general services provided for all employees staying inside staff houses / barracks.
6. Performs other related job/duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.

The CAD Operator is responsible for the preparation of design, shop, and as-built drawings as required during the construction, survey, designing, tendering, etc., of projects.

1. Prepares/revises detailed drawings using computer aided design software as required.
2. Works with project engineers, surveyors, designers, etc., to ensure accurate drawings are produced.

Job Summary:

The Bulldozer Operator is responsible for the operation of a bulldozer equipment as required by project operations, as well as its basic preventive maintenance.

Detailed Job Description:

1. Conducts a thorough check of the equipment before and after operation on a daily basis.
2. Performs dozing, clearing, ripping and winching operations using the equipment as required by project operations.
3. Operates the equipment while taking into consideration the condition of the materials for dozing, and clearing.
4. Ensures that the equipment is operated within the limits of its specifications as indicated on the equipment manual.
5. Ensures that the equipment is properly parked on the designated location after operation.
6. Ensures the cleanliness of the interior, exterior and accessories of the equipment is maintained at all times.
7. Assists in the basic preventive maintenance of the equipment.
8. Ensures that no alterations/modifications of any kind is made on the equipment unless approved by PED Management.
9. Reports any findings during checking or operating the equipment to the immediate superior for proper action.

The Boom Truck Operator is responsible for the operation of a boom truck equipment as required by project operations, as well as its basic preventive maintenance.

Detailed Job Description:

1. Conducts a thorough check of the equipment before and after operation on a daily basis.
2. Checks all safety devices and hoisting cables of the crane and reports abnormalities or the need for replacement.
3. Checks all shackles, sling belts and cables regularly before operations and immediately report to superior for observed damages or wear and tear.
4. Secures lifting permit before operation.
5. Properly assembles crane boom and accessories based on the job requirement.
6. Performs lifting and transferring of various types of load using the equipment as required by project operations.
7. Accounts delivered items coming from central warehouse to project site, vice versa.
8. Ensures that the equipment is operated within the limits of its specifications as indicated on the equipment manual.
9. Ensures that the equipment is positioned and set-up properly before proceeding with lifting and transferring of loads.
10. As a safety measure, operates the equipment only when a rigger is providing support.
11. Ensures that the equipment is properly parked and shut-off on the designated location after operation.
12. Ensures the cleanliness of the interior, exterior and accessories of the equipment is maintained at all times.
13. Assists in the basic preventive maintenance of the equipment.

The Accounting Assistant under Disbursement is responsible for checking preparations of all transactions from and for different projects sites.

Detailed Job Description:

1. Prepares checks for direct expenses, PCF replenishment, advances, clearance and payables as to the project account assigned.
2. Updates and maintains an excel summary of all checks prepared.
3. Monitors PCF replenishment as to when it was received and processed for KPI monitoring based on the project account assigned.
4. Performs necessary adjustments such as JV (journal voucher).
5. Communicates with project accountants as to the checks prepared or its statuses.
6. Ensures that all transactions are recorded and posted on the systems at the end of the day.

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for processing personnel requisition for an assigned account. This role typically conducts sourcing, testing, screening, and preliminary interviewing of bringing new and potential employees onboard. •   Plans,  schedules, and prepares budget for mass sourcing activities.

•    Interacts with department heads, and other managers and staff to coordinate referrals for potential candidates/applicants.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the Warehouse’s activities to support project operations.

Detailed Job Description:

1. Establishes and implements a reliable stock locator for all inventory groupings.
2. Monitors the stock of fast-moving and critical items and recommends purchase to ensure it does not reach the critical level.
3. Coordinates with other projects for stock availability of requested materials and the possibility of transfer.
4. Monitors the receiving and inspection of all delivered materials to ensure compliance on set procedures.
5. Ensures regular and proper inspection of delivered materials.
6. Resolves any discrepancies found during the delivery of materials.
7. Leads all efforts to ensure accuracy of the project’s materials inventory both in actual and in system.
8. Ensures that all documents are properly maintained.
9. Ensures the correctness of data in daily NAV transactions.
10. Implements the proper labeling and logging of all received items.
11. Ensures compliance on the monthly submission of KPI.

1. Implements proper tagging of newly delivered items based on the item codes indicated in the OTP.
2. Indicates items codes of materials issued in their corresponding MIS.
3. Checks completeness and correctness of the supporting documents of delivered items.
4. Checks the validity of MRWS prior to issuance of requested materials.
5. Coordinates with the Materials Management Encoder to ensure the immediate preparation of MIS and RIR.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for the incoming and outgoing transactions of materials and its regular monitoring.

Detailed Job Description:

1. Inspects and receives all deliveries and checks the completeness of all required supporting documents.
2. Coordinates QAQC with regards to inspection of delivered materials as required in the procedure.
3. Ensures that all received items are properly logged and labelled.
4. Issues all readily available materials indicated in the requestor’s approved MRWS and logs it accordingly for proper monitoring and updating.
5. Ensures that all materials being issued have their respective item codes to avoid confusion.
6. Prepares OTP for material requests not readily available inside the project warehouse.
7. Monitors all unserved OTPs and coordinates with Purchasing for proper action.
8. Identifies aging OTPS and coordinates with requesting for possible changes in specifications or cancellation of request.
9. Performs other related job/duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.

-  Candidates must be Graduate of Civil Engineer;  Licensed Engineer is preferred but not required.

- With at least 5 years experience in infrastructure projects like Railway, Bridge, bored piling works, etc.

- Must have valid passport for at least 1 year.
