1. Conducts a thorough check of the equipment before and after operation on a daily basis.
2. Ensures that the equipment is properly set-up before performing pumping operations.
3. Performs pumping operations of concrete using the equipment as required by project operations.

Job Summary:

The Safety Officer supports the project and site management in fulfilling Health & Safety responsibilities. He will closely coordinate the project ESH efforts with the company and client management.

Detailed Job Description:

1. Administers project ESH policies, procedures and programs with focus on potentially hazardous operations and emphasizing proactive solution.
2. Conducts daily safety toolbox meeting to all project workers and staff prior to start of work.
3. Participates in a formal weekly ESH inspection program with a document report reflecting safety discrepancies and recommendations for appropriate corrective actions by the responsible party.
4. Evaluates and distributes project incidents, health and safety reports and records of achievement to the Project Manager. Prepares safety statistical man-hour and updates project information bulletin board.

Job Summary:

The Rigger is responsible for the maintenance, inspection and installation of various rigging gears and leads crane lifting operation.

Detailed Job Description:

1. Inspects the condition of snatch blocks, fittings and slings for possible damages and if these are compatible to the job requirement.
2. Installs the appropriate rigging gears based on the job requirement and ensures it is safely and properly attached.
3. Guides the crane operator in lifting, handling and transferring various loads by communicating through radio and hand signals.
4. Informs the crane operator for any irregular work condition that may pose as a risk to the safe operation of the crane.
5. Checks all safety devices and hoisting cables of the crane and reports abnormalities or the need for replacement.
6. Checks all shackles, sling belts and cables regularly before operations and immediately report to superior for observed damages or wear and tear.
7. Assists the lifting supervisor in creating a lifting plan.

The Purchaser is responsible for facilitating the end to end process of purchasing as needed by the project operations and central office.

1. Performs sourcing and canvassing of the requested items from at least 3 accredited suppliers.
2. Negotiates prices and terms favorable to the company.
3. Ensures provision of the requested item/s at the right time, in the right prices, of the right quality, with the right quantity from the right source.
4. Prepares Purchase Order (PO) based on the requested items in the OTP.
5. Communicates with suppliers to ensure the on-time delivery of purchased materials.
6. Arranges for the necessary quality assurance inspection of purchased materials and equipment before or upon delivery to the project site.
7. Prepares RFP and ensures that all supporting documents needed are attached.
8. Coordinates with Accounting with regards to payment to suppliers, ensuring all supporting documents are in order.

3. Planning the work and efficiently organizing site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines in close coordination with the foremen.

1. To provide leadership and to establish and maintain effective and harmonious working relationships of the on-site staff and to promote a positive project morale.
2. To have a thorough and complete knowledge and understanding of the project contract, each subcontract, the contract drawings, specifications and addenda, and to assist the construction manager/ project manager & consortium (if any) in the development of the on-site procedures.
3. To examine the contract drawings, specifications and addenda for design deficiencies, impractical details and possible code violations, and to bring these to the attention of the construction manager / project Manager who will review them with the consultant’s engineer.
4. To assist the construction manager / project manager and the planning engineer in the development and refinement of the project schedule, and to work with the construction manager/project manager to keep the schedules properly updated, and to see that the job meets the various required dates.

The Project Engineering Head is responsible for overseeing and management of all engineering related activities as well as technical services of the project site.

1. Ensures the regular update, proper distribution and availability of all relevant engineering documents to be used as reference.
2. Analyzes the project costs and its trend, then develops a forecast to be reported to the project manager.
3. Recommends possible corrective actions to prevent the project’s expenses to go over the budget.
4. Ensures the implementation of cost-control systems to keep the actual expenditure of the project within the approved budget.
5. Reviews all additional works to check its conformity with contract and negotiate unit rates for additional works in coordination with the contracts administrator.
